Now the festivities are over and you are exhausted it's time to think about your body.
Most of us put pounds on over the festive season and many start exercising right after New Year. It can be a huge pressure to maintain a steady gym workout and diet around the kids, work and partners.
I cheat.
I have a emerald green laser, a muscle builder, a fat freezing machine and a HIFU at the clinic though, that makes it easier to reduce body fat and tighten all the loose skin. I have already frozen my upper and lower tummy areas and seeing a good result.
I'll be on the muscle builder this evening to strengthen my core and ensure that my tummy and waist is pulled in. (I'll still need to firm up my buttocks! Too much sitting around)
