What Skin Issue Is Most Bothering Women In The UK?
Turns out that the biggest skin concern in the United Kingdom is 'Large Pores'. Around 11 000 women say it is their biggest skin problem. The British Skin Foundation conducted a survey that revealed that one in five women say that they are not satisfied with their skin and would like to seek professional advice.
The next concern UK women have is fine lines and wrinkles. Coming in third is dark pigmentation on the face.
I'm glad we offer micro needling with dermaceuticals as it helps all of those skin issues.
What Scarring Can We Help You With?
We have been helping to improve scars for a few years now and there are a few ways to improve the size, appearance and healing scars.
We meet those with operating scars, accidental scars and those that come from acne, caesareans and a few left from plastic surgery gone wrong.
I had two large baby boys and had to have emergency caesareans. Several years later I had a hysterectomy. Whilst doing the hysterectomy, my surgeon stopped to cut through the scar tissue to release my bladder. It took a few hours.

In the last few years I have used lipo massage and fat freezing to lighten the pooch and that did help but what really impressed me was the results of hifu treatments followed by micro needling with scar serum. My old cesearean scar is a neat, white, thin scar now as is the long keloid scar on my thigh after having sarcomas out. Best part for me is, my tummy is flat. The photos above are of a client just after surgery and results about 3 months after having had treatments with us.
Now we use hifu and microneedling for clients who have scarring after various operations including mastectomy, stretchmarks and facial scars. Some scars have been quite new and others have formed over a few years. Each of them are really pleased with the improvements.
