Tracey started her career as a hairdresser many years back and became absorbed in trichology later in her life. Her insight and experience in this specialism spans 20 years and it is very seldom she cannot help a client.

Over the last year it appears I have neglected my body skin care so I am going to be fixing that with HIFU from my ankles upwards. It really does help with the collagen and elastin renewal. Some reminders for our clients
I hope you don't mind me reminding our clients about a few things that really help us provide a good service to you.
If you book on the website please ensure you have paid your deposit to secure your appointment. If it's done by a member of staff they will text you to make that deposit and the details of your appointment. You will also get an email reminding you of your appointment.
Please read the consent forms before you sign them as they contain information we need to know about you before we begin a treatment eg: medical information. It can alter the result of a treatment.
Please remember we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. It is on the home page of the website along with the complaints policy and privacy policy. Missed appointments will be charged in full if we are not notified with 48 hours notice.
We are closed every Monday. If you are unsure when we are open please look us up on Google and the times will be there and notices about public holidays etc. Staff don't take calls, texts or emails on Sundays and Mondays.
Please ensure you have had a meal before coming in for a treatment as a few ladies have fainted recently.
